Purpose

The Health Writer Hub blog is an online resource for people who want to develop best-practice skills in health communication.

A global publication, Health Writer Hub’s blog strives to expand the industry’s view on health communication, provide a platform for online learning and give voice to health communication researchers.

Editor

Health Writer Hub’s blog is maintained by site editor and founder, Michelle Guillemard.

Opinions mentioned in the blogs are reflections of the author and in no way reflects the opinions of any brands, businesses, associations or clients affiliated with the authors.

Blog format follows a specific Health Writer Hub style guide.

Anyone wishing to repost a blog post on Health Writer Hub must have permission from the editor and must mention the article first appeared on healthwriterhub.com.

The editor reserves the right to make any and all decisions and editorial changes on content.

Guest posts – write for us

Guest post pitches are welcome. Please visit the submission guidelines page to submit a pitch. Blog ideas must be relevant for the target audience of health and medical communicators and freelance writers. If you would like to pitch a blog post, consider:

  • How is your idea relevant to health communication?
  • Why would the target audience care?
  • Is the idea useful for the target audience?
  • How does the post help the target audience solve a problem?

Bylines

Bylines are published with blog authors.

Author bios are displayed on the blog post page and can include links to the author’s social media and website.

Errors

All factual errors brought to the attention of the editor will be corrected as soon as possible. Corrections will be published at the editor’s discretion.

Advertising

Health Writer Hub does not accept advertising from third parties.
