30-Day Health Writing Challenge: Mental Health

30 days of short mental health writing challenges.

LAST UPDATED: October 3, 2024 | AUTHOR: Michelle Guillemard

It’s time for the mental health writing challenge. Our previous challenge was lung diseases, so mental health is a bit of a change of pace.

There are many distinct types of mental illnesses, and many have similar symptoms and treatments.

I hope you find this challenge useful and interesting!

You only need to complete one micro writing task a day. Do as many challenges as you can throughout the 30-day period, and feel free to share your results with your health writing friends and me!

Remember that just a bit of writing every day helps you improve and feel more confident.
