It’s really important to me that everyone who signs up for my courses gets the most out of their learning experience.
I want you to be satisfied that the course content is exactly as described on this page.
And, I very much care about providing a quality, valuable course for all students.
If you are not happy with the course content after the first lesson has been released, I encourage you to let me know so we can discuss your concerns together.
If we can’t come to an agreement, you may be eligible for a refund (less $80 administration fee).
This guarantee is only valid for 5 days after your course start date and all refunds are discretionary as determined by me.
What if I want a refund after the 5-day period?
Refunds cannot be granted if requested after the 5-day grace period.
One important reason is that I have to be fair for everyone – if I say the refund period if 5 days but I don’t follow through with this rule in practice, then it is false advertising. Hence, I need to strictly adhere to my own rule!
Another reason why I have limited the refund period to 5 days is that I want to ensure people don’t log in multiple times, go through the course, review all the material and then ask me for a refund (and, for that reason, I reserve the right to check your login history if you request a refund).
Please note: Refunds do not apply if you simply change your mind.
